The Blue House Bookshop

The Blue House Bookshop lives on Bootham in York, the ancient street of merchants alongside the ruins of St Mary's Abbey.  
Our back wall is the former Abbey wall and the rest of our building was added in Tudor times. 
The books are new.

We specialise in children's books but also have a selection of books for grown-ups, and would be happy to offer advice on a choice of books via email [email protected]

We also supply books for schools, at an attractive discount and we can help with your book choices.
