Phoebe's African boyfriend and his family are coming to Australia as part of a state visit, bringing a display of their country's treasures to Phoebe's local museum. But Sospeter's father, the president of his country, is accused of shooting a protected white rhino and the protesters are out in force. Then a precious jewel is stolen from the museum display. Can Phoebe find out what's going on before the state visit becomes a diplomatic incident?
