These proceedings, ""Hydraulic Engineering 94"", contain summaries of the papers presented at the 1994 National Conference on Hydraulic Engineering, held in Buffalo, New York, August 1-5, 1994. The overall Conference theme dealt with the quantification of human impacts on our water resources. The papers contained in these proceedings deal with a range of topics traditional to hydraulic engineering, as well as Great Lakes water resources issues and the application of geographical information systems and expert systems in hydraulic engineering.
